Store Policies

Placing orders with Classic Achievements

Customers can also place orders over the phone, in person or by using one one of our online ordering tools like the  Online Order Form or the ID Plate Order Form.  Using one of these forms effectively places an order with us and also allow some customers to use PO's or Company Checks (subject to approval).

We DO NOT encourage placing orders through EMAIL as this vehicle will not be reliable and guaranteed.  We cannot accept handwritten information or photos of what should be used as artwork for the order.

Once the order is received, our accounting dept. will issue an invoice for the order.  Customers are encouraged to contact our office as soon as possible after that to pay the invoice.

Orders with oustanding balances will remain in accounting until the balances are paid.  This could be potentially unpleasant because deadlines could be missed.  So, please pay your invoices when you get them.


Privacy Policy

We respect your right to privacy. We utilize our customer information for the sole purpose of accurately completing orders, sharing special sales and communicating directly with the customer.

Our website never stores credit card information once the order is placed. 

When a customer creates an account, we store the normal contact information: Name, Address, Phone # and Email Address. This information is used to communicate directly with the customer and is only shared with third parties who help us complete and deliver your order.

We also store User Name and Passwords to assist customers with password resets if necessary.  Recent orders are held in the customer account to assist with ease of reordering.

We do not use cookies or any tracking instruments on our website. We know how annoying this can be for customers so we rely on other means of collecting analytics from our customers.

Secure Shopping uses the secured gateway at Authorize.Net to bring a safe shopping experience to our customers.  Through Authorize.Net, we utilize an Advanced Fraud Detection which prevents unauthorized Credit Card use.  Each order is captured and held for review  After checked for authenticity the order is released for processing. Cards are only charged after going through this critical process.

Checks and Purchase Orders Accepted

We only accept business or goverment PO's by using our Online Order Form.  Arrangements are made with accounting to confirm how payment will be made.  Customers are encouraged to mail checks or deliver in person if local to Charlotte area.  Orders are processed as normal.

Returns Policy

If you receive a Shipment with damaged merchandise, you should report this right away by calling 980-819-9176 . Our representative will discuss the nature of the damage, confirm whether you will need to return the merchandise for replacement or refund.  Returned products must be sent back in it's original packaging within 5 days of reporting the issue. 

If product has engraving-personalization errors originating with Classic Achievements, we will replace at no charge to you and cover shipping of the replacement product.  On the other hand, if engraving-personalization errors originate with the customer, full responsibility for the replacement reside with the customer. 

Any misrepresented product purchased from our website will be replaced or refunded 100% at no cost to you.  We do not accept returns of un-damaged merchandise that has been personalized.

Order Cancellation and Refunds

We allow customers to cancel orders if the product has not been personalized.  Cancelled orders will incur a 15% restocking fee and any shipping due if the product was a special order.

If you place an order online and decide to cancel the order after the product has been engraved or printed, you will not entitled to a refund. 

 Shipping & Handling

Customers are responsible for Shipping and Handling. Occasionally will offer FREE shipping on select products. Our primary carrier on our website is UPS. However, customers do have the option of choosing FEDEX or USPS by calling to place the order.  We will use your preferred carrier and once your item(s) ship, you will be notified and given a tracking# for your convenience. We will utilize the email provided with your order to send this information.

View the UPS map below to determine how long it should take for the package to arrive once it has been shipped.

Local customers can select "Local Shipping"  to have your order shipped in the Charlotte area at a flat rate.  Local Customers can also select "Store Pick Up" during check out and pick up the orders at our 4208 South Blvd Ste.L, Charlotte NC 28209 location.
