Understanding Production Times
Production Times are counted by business days only and exclude weekends and holidays. All of our products have a "Production Times" notation listed at the bottom of the description and refers to the time it takes to complete your product(s) after artwork approval. This is key because not all artwork submitted to us is acceptable and sometimes may take several days to get an approval for production. As mentioned, orders placed over weekends and/or around holidays will also negatively impact production times and delay completion. Shipping to the final destination will add days to the in-hands date and therefore be in addition to the production times. Use the "Shipping and Handling" map below to determine shipping times.

Shipping & Handling
Customers are responsible for Shipping and Handling. Occasionally classicachievements.com will offer FREE shipping on select products. Our primary carrier is UPS. However, customers do have the option of choosing FEDEX or USPS by calling to place the order. Once your items ship, you will be notified and given a tracking# for your convenience. We will utilize the email provided with your order to send this information. Packages are shipped UPS Ground unless other arrangements are made during order entry. Local Customers can select "Store Pick Up" during check out and pick up the orders at our 4208 South Blvd Ste.L, Charlotte NC 28209 location. Local customers can also select "Local Shipping" to have your order shipped in the Charlotte area. View the UPS map below to determine how long it should take for the package to arrive once it has been shipped.

If you receive a Shipment with damaged merchandise, you should report this right away by calling 980-819-9176 . Our representative will discuss the nature of the damage confirm returning the merchandise for exchange or refund. The product must be returned in it's original packaging and within 5 days of reporting the issue.
If the product is not damaged but show engraving-personalization errors originating with us, we will replace at no charge to you and cover shipping of the replacement product. Engraving-Personalization errors originating with the customer, becomes their sole responsibility to replace.
Any misleading products purchased on this website will be replaced or refunded 100% at no cost to you. We do not accept returns of perfectly good merchandise even if there is no personalization added.
