Store Policies

Placing orders with Classic Achievements

Customers can also place orders over the phone, in person or by using one one of our online ordering tools like the  Online Order Form or the ID Plate Order Form.  Using one of these forms effectively places an order with us and also allow some customers to use PO's or Company Checks (subject to approval).

We DO NOT encourage placing orders through EMAIL as this vehicle will not be reliable and guaranteed.  We cannot accept handwritten information or photos of what should be used as artwork for the order.

Once the order is received, our accounting dept. will issue an invoice for the order.  Customers are encouraged to contact our office as soon as possible after that to pay the invoice.

Orders with oustanding balances will remain in accounting until the balances are paid.  This could be potentially unpleasant because deadlines could be missed.  So, please pay your invoices when you get them.

We respect your right to privacy. We utilize our customer information for the sole purpose of accurately completing orders, sharing special sales and communicating directly with the customer. Any information given to us is held in strict confidence and will not be given out or sold at any time.

Understanding Production Times

Production Times are counted in business days only and exclude weekends and holidays.  All of our products have a "Current Production Times" notation listed at the bottom of the description and refers to the time it takes to complete your product(s) after artwork approval.  This is key because not all artwork submitted to us is acceptable and sometimes may take several days to get an approval for production.  As mentioned, orders placed over weekends and/or around holidays will also negatively impact production times and delay completion.  Shipping to the final destination will add days to the in-hands date and therefore be in addition to the production times. Use the "Shipping and Handling" map below to determine shipping times.

Secure Shopping

Classicachievements.com uses the secured gateway at Authorize.Net to bring a safe shopping experience to our customers.  At Authorize.Net, we utilize an Advanced Fraud Detection which prevents unauthorized Credit Card use.  Each order is reviewed by our staff for authenticity prior to processing. Returns Policy

If you receive a Shipment with damaged merchandise, you should report this right away by calling 980-819-9176 . Our representative will discuss the nature of the damage confirm returning the merchandise for replacement or refund.  If returned, the product must be returned in it's original packaging and within 5 days of reporting the issue. 

If product show engraving-personalization errors originating with us, we will replace at no charge to you and cover shipping of the replacement product.  Engraving-Personalization errors originating with the customer, when the proofs were approved, becomes their sole responsibility for the replacement. 

Any misleading products purchased on this website will be replaced or refunded 100% at no cost to you.  We do not accept returns of perfectly good merchandise once it's been personalized.

Order Cancellation Policy

If you place an order online but decide to cancel the order prior to the product being engraved or printed, you are entitled to a refund minus a 15% restocking fee and any shipping due for having the product shipped to our location on your behalf.

If you place an order online but decide you want to cancel the order after the product has been engraved or printed, you are not entitled to a refund. 

 Shipping & Handling

Customers are responsible for Shipping and Handling. Occasionally classicachievements.com will offer FREE shipping on select products. Our primary carrier is UPS. However, customers do have the option of choosing FEDEX or USPS by calling to place the order. Once your items ship, you will be notified and given a tracking# for your convenience. We will utilize the email provided with your order to send this information. Packages are shipped UPS Ground unless other arrangements are made during order entry. Local Customers can select "Store Pick Up" during check out and pick up the orders at our 4208 South Blvd Ste.L, Charlotte NC 28209 location.  Local customers can also select "Local Shipping"  to have your order shipped in the Charlotte area.  View the UPS map below to determine how long it should take for the package to arrive once it has been shipped.
