Engraving /Personalization Policies

Our engraving and personalization services are offered on all of our products.

Sublimation Printing is used on plaques, name plates, name badges and many other products. Sublimation printing is full color and offer great reproduction on photos and logos.

Laser Engraving is used on many products from Plaques, Crystal, Glass, Acrylic to Clocks and others.

Sand Carving is our primary process used on Crystal, Glass, Glasses and other Stemware. 

How to submit Engraving/Personalization Text

Enter your text in the engraving box on the product detail page.  If you have multiple products you should separate the text for each product by starting each product on a new line.  You can also send us your text via email, in a word document or text file. 

Engraving/Personalization Costs(FREE)

The engraving/personalization is now FREE on most of our products. Engraving Plates are also included with all products, free of charge.

Layouts and Proofs

We will take your personalization text and create a layout appropriate for the product you’ve selected.  Proofs are sent out 48-72 hours from the purchase date unless short deadlines are noted upfront.  All engraving text is center justified and Logos are placed at the top of the layout unless otherwise requested.  Customers are allowed 3 revisions to the original artwork to gain acceptable layout and approval.  If the approval cannot be reached or customer wishes to change the original artwork, (text, logo or picture) then additional artwork charges may apply. 

Approve your Proof

Proofs are sent to the email address provided while placing orders.  Make sure that this email address is valid and working properly. Once you receive the proof, you should check all spelling and the layout prior to sending back a reply. Once the proof is approved, we proceed with engraving or printing.  Production Times begin once the artwork is Approved.  We will not be responsible for errors that didn’t originate with our staff.  If an error did originate with us, we will replace your product, and pay shipping both ways.
