Shipping & Handling
Customers are responsible for Shipping and Handling. Occasionally classicachievements.com will offer FREE shipping on select products. Our primary carriers is UPS. However, customers do have the option of choosing FEDEX or USPS by calling to place the order. Once your items ship you will be notified and given a tracking# for your convenience. We will utilize the email provided with your order to send this information. Packages are shipped UPS Ground unless other arrangements are made with customer service. Local Customers can select "Store Pick Up" to avoid shipping fees and pick up your orders at our 4208 South Blvd Ste.L, Charlotte NC 28209 location. Shipments you receive with damaged merchandise should be reported right away. call 980-819-9176 to report. Our representative will discuss the nature of the damage prior to issuing an RA# (Return Authorization) for returning the merchandise for exchange or refund. The product must returned in it's original packaging and within 5 days of receiving the RA#.
If product is not damaged but show engraving/personalization errors originating with us, we will replace at no charge to you and cover shipping both ways. Engraving/Personalization errors originating with the customer, becomes their sole responsibility to replace.
Any misleading products purchased on this website will be replaced or refunded 100% at no cost to you.
